Regional Sales Manager
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be supporting business critical activity whilst developing commercial skills and development opportunities. Working with our Chief Commercial Officer you will be directly supporting the delivery of our objectives.
A typical day as a Regional Sales Manager will include, but not limited to:
· Meeting wholesale and retail sales objectives
· Supporting our dealer partners with vehicle order entry, customer management and order bank management.
· Developing sales forecasts, business plans and marketing plans for each of your assigned dealer partners.
· Supporting the network development team in seeking out and launching new dealer partners in your region.
· Supporting the network development team with CI/VI planning and execution.
· Complete audits and monitor Dealer Standards with each of your assigned dealer partners. Creating action plans to ensure compliance.
· Liaising with the Marketing, ASO and Motorsport divisions to ensure delivery against KPI’s.

Requirements and Qualifications
· College degree or comparable experience
· Prior OEM experience in a field role
· Proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment
· An understanding and passion for the automotive industry and sports cars
· Superior attention to detail
· Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
· Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
· Be flexible; we are a small team and all wear several different hats
· Frequent travel (including international) will be required
· Ability to drive a manual transmission
· Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to make your own path
