About the role:
The HR administrator will perform procedural and administrative duties for Lotus. They will help create a positive employee experience and ensure the HR department operates efficiently. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including the physical workspace and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manager employee inquires.
- Support the onboarding process.
- Facilitate employee onboarding.
- Prepare HR documents and communications.
- Reconcile benefit invoices.
- Coordinate visitors and provide access to our facility.
- Plan employee events.
- Ensure the office is operating smoothly and correct any issues as they arise.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
